Misfit,
Why Misfit Fox existS
I’ve been there.
Waiting on Facebook or TikTok for one of my favorite readers to do their free livestream. They’d get a few aspects of the situation spot on, which is how you knew they had real talent, but they’d misunderstand what I was actually asking from the start. The chat moved too fast to clarify anything, so they just kept interpreting the spread anyway. They didn’t wait for me.
Or the other spot I’ve been in more times than I’d like: the reading is spot on, I’m fired up to finally make the changes and do the things, and then I keep making the same mistake anyway. Repeatedly. Consecutively. One right after the other. I started wondering if I was just defective.
Or my personal favorite: taking advice from a reader lecturing me about authenticity while sitting in front of a ‘Good Vibes Only’ tapestry. Good vibes only? You’re the one who brought up authenticity, and your tapestry is telling me sad thoughts aren’t welcome in the room. That’s not authentic. That’s a room with the sad parts edited out.
That’s when I decided two things. I was going to slow down and find out what someone was actually asking before I ever read a card, and I was going to tell them the truth instead of whatever kept them comfortable. I worked twice as hard to make sure what I told them was actually true.
Why Misfit Fox?
Let me start with what Misfit Fox isn’t:
We’re not a doctor, a therapist, or a cheaper stand-in for either. This doesn’t replace a real diagnosis, real treatment, or a hug from your momma. And it isn’t AI. I’m a real person who fucks up and occasionally puts one leg through his pants wrong in the morning, same as everybody else. I ramble when I get going on something I care about, and I’m still working on saying things the first time instead of the third.
What I am is a mirror. I read the situation you bring me and hand back what’s actually in it, including the parts you’d rather not look at directly. That’s the whole job.
“He knows what I’m going through right now in my life.”

That’s fifteen years of doing this for real people, and paying attention to what actually lands.
If any of this sounds like your week, book a reading, or take the quiz first if you’re not sure which one fits.
